You should receive an email with this information once your chauffeur has been assigned. Should you not receive this information and it is within 12 hours of your trip's pickup time, please call our offices at 678-254-8298 or reply to your trip confirmation email asking for this information.
Large Equipment (Vans & Buses)
Should your trip be hosted by our large equipment category, please understand that the vehicle(s) may not be able to stage/park/wait on location of your designated pickup until the pickup group is ready. We usually are able to find a staging area within a 15 minute distance. Should this be the case for your event and trip, please arrange this with your chauffeur by giving them a 15 minute notice.
Client Point Of Contact
Communication is critical in order to receive the best experience possible with us. Should your event have a designated planner, host or otherwise alike, we ask that you convey this information to us. Please do so by replying to your trip confirmation(s) with this information.
To properly change or update a reservation, please reply directly to the email confirmation of the trip you want to change or update. This is especially important should your event have multiple trips/vehicles. Be sure to reply to the correct trip confirmation.

Services As Ordered Are Promised, Circumstances We May Be Unable To Control
Luxport's guarantee is as shown on your trip confirmation (vehicle type, pickup time, location and other details as listed). Please understand that sometimes traffic patterns, rerouting from enforcement, weather and any and all circumstances out of our control do not warrant any financial refunds. We are in the business to ensure your satisfaction, but we ask our clients to understand that there are inevitable events, not under our authority or direction, that may occur and present a less than desirable experience to you. We can assure you our services are founded on the "whatever it takes" philosophy.
