LUXPORT WORLDWIDE TERMS, CONDITIONS & POLICY AGREEMENT

  • With acceptance of the service requested as listed herein, in addition to any additional services occurring during the trip as described below, Client listed herein agrees to all Luxport Worldwide LLC terms, conditions and policies (THIS AGREEMENT) posted on the Luxport Worldwide LLC website at https://luxportworldwide.com/agreement (THIS PAGE AND SITE).
  • RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: All reservation confirmations are sent via email. Client agrees to review their reservation confirmation for accuracy. Any trip discrepancies are to be notified to Luxport Worldwide from the Client by replying directly to the email confirmation (please also see MAKING A CHANGE OR UPDATE TO A CURRENT AND CONFIRMED RESERVATION).
  • PAYMENT: Luxport Worldwide LLC reserves the right to require a valid credit card to secure service. Credit card information can be issued via confidential phone (our office numbers) or online by Client logging into their secure portal/account and placing credit card information into the Luxport Worldwide LLC data system. All payments must be made in accordance with Policy or additional charges may apply. Balances of reservations may be processed up to seven (7) days before the trip date. Description of Associated Charges: Gratuity listed on reservations is a suggested gratuity and is fully the Client's discretion, up to and including any additions or deductions. Transportation Tax or Sales Tax is as required by State laws. Fuel Surcharge is calculated as a percentage of the base rate at 2.5% for every $0.50 of the current average fuel price for regular gasoline. Standard Transportation Charge (STC) incorporates regulatory, permit and licensing fees. Express Lanes, Tolls and Parking will be charged at cost and may be added to your final balance after the trip is complete. Additional charges may be applied to include but not limited to overtime, additional wait times, additional stops, cancellations, no-shows, excessive cleanup of the vehicle and special requests in accordance with Policy. Overtime charges on hourly trips (charters) are billed in half hour increments, with the first 15 minutes included as a grace period.
  • CANCELATIONS / NO SHOW: *ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE NOTIFIED BY REPLYING DIRECTLY TO THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION YOU RECEIVED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Furthermore, Client agrees to notify Luxport Worldwide LLC by phone at 678-254-8298 or 866-LUXPORT (866-589-7678) of any cancellation. CANCELATION GRACE PERIODS: Cancellations must be made eight (8) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or before a vehicle has been dispatched for all Sedan and SUV transfer/flat rate trips. All trips billed or scheduled at an hourly rate, including any and all reservations with a Van, Bus, Limousine or specialty vehicle require a minimum seven (7) day notice before the trip date in order to receive the deposit in full; any trip canceled inside of this seven (7) day period do not qualify for a refund of the deposit (not to exceed 50% of the total trip amount); any cancelation inside of seventy two (72) hours before the trip pickup time are obligated to pay the balance in full. Credit options may be available. Special Occasions, Prom Season (regulated by trip date) and Special Events have a fourteen (14) day period, any cancelation made within this time frame requires the balance due to be paid in full. If Luxport Worldwide LLC is not notified of a cancellation according to these terms, the reservation is considered a Late Cancellation or No-Show respectively and the full charge will be billed including Suggested Gratuities unless otherwise requested by Client to be changed or removed. VEHICLE CHANGES/DOWNGRADES INSIDE ALL ABOVE MENTIONED CANCELATION TIME AND GRACE PERIODS DO NOT OMIT ANY ORIGINAL CHARGES.
  • WAIT TIME / LATE POLICIES: The chauffeur will wait up to fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled time of Pick-Up for all One-Way Transfers and Airport Transfers to the Airport; forty-five (45) minutes for all Domestic And International Flight Arrivals after the flight arrival time at the gate according to the official flight information from the FAA or the airline; and thirty (30) minutes after the scheduled time of Pick-Up for all Private Airport, Train, And Bus Arrivals before additional fees are charged to the Client. If the Client DOES make contact during this grace period the amount of 25% of the hourly rate for the vehicle hired will be charged for each additional fifteen (15) minutes of wait time following the grace period until the Client is seated in the vehicle or the chauffeur is released by the Client. If the Client DOES NOT make contact with the chauffeur during the grace period with the exception of International Arrivals and Private Airport, Train, And Bus Arrivals, if a private flight, train or bus cannot be monitored, which the chauffeur will wait up to two (2) hours after the arrival or expected arrival, the chauffeur will be released by Luxport Worldwide LLC, the Client will be considered a No-Show and the full charge will be billed including Suggested Gratuities unless otherwise requested by Client to be changed or removed.
  • SMOKING/VAPING: Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in any vehicle. If an occupant does smoke in a vehicle they will be asked to remove themselves from the vehicle until all smoking is complete and there will be an additional charge of $300 for smoke removal.
  • MISUSE/ADDITIONAL CLEANUP: There will be an additional charge of a minimum but not limited to $300, and not to exceed $800, if sanitization is necessary. If anything requires replacement or repair on the vehicle(s) being hired due to misuse or destruction from passengers, including but not limited to rips, tears and stains, there will be additional charges that apply.
  • ONBOARD VIDEO/DRIVER CAM: Luxport Worldwide LLC uses video without audio in all of our cars for insurance purposes, quality control and training opportunities. If Client or Passenger wishes not to be filmed, please ask the Chauffeur to disengage the inside camera. All video and pictures will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for internal, legal and insurance purposes only. Luxport Worldwide agrees that any distribution or use of video, beyond internal, legal and insurance purposes, require written permission from every person on board.
  • MAKING A CHANGE OR UPDATE TO A CURRENT AND CONFIRMED RESERVATION: We ask that all changes or updates to current reservations are done electronically. To do so, simply reply directly to the email confirmation of the trip you need to change or update (your confirmation # will be in the subject line by default). There is no time limit as to when a trip may be changed, however all changes and updates (including vehicle type, routing and pickup times) can not be honored unless Client receives an updated and modified trip confirmation reflecting all updated information. For any update or change inside of twenty four (24) hours from the pickup time Client agrees to the above procedure IN ADDITION TO calling the Luxport Worldwide offices at 678-254-8298 or 866-LUXPORT (866-589-7678).
  • INDEMNIFICATION: Client agrees and acknowledges that Luxport Worldwide LLC (Alimena/Casey/Hennessy) reserves the right to host Client's engaged service request (i.e. the Client reservation) through a third party provider (partner/affiliate) at any time with or without notice. Furthermore, Client agrees to hold harmless and fully indemnify Luxport Worldwide LLC (Alimena/Casey/Hennessy), including any entity under the authority or ownership of Luxport Worldwide companies, from any outcome arising out of the performance or execution of this agreement and any and all services procured by Client.
  • DISCLAIMER (a): Luxport Worldwide LLC reserves the right to refuse transport to any person in accordance with these terms, conditions and policy and/or as by law. 
  • DISCLAIMER (b): Your agreement with these terms, conditions and policies are ongoing and not limited with any reservation or service you acquire with Luxport Worldwide (Alimena/Casey/Hennessy). Any updates or changes to the agreed terms, conditions & policies are the responsibility of Luxport Worldwide (Alimena/Casey/Hennessy) to update you accordingly. You acknowledge that an email sent to your email address on file with the update(s) or change(s) is a reasonable update to be carried into this agreement.
  • DISCLAIMER (c): Client agrees and understands that all terms, conditions and policies as described on this site/page are specific to each reservation individually and can not be combined or misused accordingly.
  • ACTS OF GOD / FORCE MAJEURE: Acts of God. In the event Luxport Worldwide LLC (Alimena/Casey/Hennessy) is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this agreement, despite having taken commercially reasonable precautions, because of acts of God, interruption of electrical power or other utilities, equipment or vehicle failure or damage reasonably beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, including but not limited to inclement weather, Luxport Worldwide LLC (Alimena/Casey/Hennessy), including any entity under the authority or ownership of Luxport Worldwide companies, shall not be liable to any outcome resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes. In such event, Luxport Worldwide LLC will contact Client by all contact methods available. All financial obligations with Client to Luxport Worldwide LLC are null and void.
  • OPERATING EXPECTATIONS: Luxport Worldwide LLC agrees to do business as State laws require, up to and including all permits, licenses and insurance requirements.
  • EMAIL ADDRESSES: all email correspondence with confirmations, payment receipts or trip information is from book < at > luxportworldwide.com and/or reservations < at > cctatlanta.com and/or reservations < at > hennessy-transportation.com . Client agrees to notify Luxport Worldwide if confirmation or trip details are not received.
  • FAIR REPRESENTATION: Client agrees the name they are using in this agreement (as submitted below) is their legal name and representing the name on their account and any and all reservations made with Luxport Worldwide LLC (Alimena/Casey/Hennessy), including any entity under the authority or ownership of Luxport Worldwide companies. Any misrepresentation allows discontinuation of service at anytime. Furthermore, any misrepresentation or deliberate untruthful Client identification with Luxport Worldwide LLC fully releases Luxport Worldwide LLC of all liability and/or obligations with you.
