The safety of our employees and clients is very important to us. We have carefully researched and implemented the following procedures to ensure that we eliminate the spread of COVID-19 in our offices, in our vehicles and on the job. All staff members have been trained and are required to follow through with these procedures without exception and will be monitored continuously through the day and throughout our trips to ensure consistent execution.
Wear an approved mask at all times.
Wear approved latex or nitrile gloves when in the contact with others.
Wash hands regularly when entering office, after cleaning cars, after using the bathroom and after making contact with another human beings.
Take their temperature when entering the office and record it in a log at the door. If they have a fever over 100 degrees, they will be asked to go home immediately. If our staff shows any signs of being sick, we send them home immediately or ask that they stay home and call in sick. Symptoms include: fever of more than 100 degrees, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.
Must wipe all surfaces in the office and in the vehicles after every use with a CDC and EPA approved disinfectant. The disinfectant used is Force of Nature. Force of Nature is a non-toxic and completely safe EPA and CDC approved disinfectant used in hospitals, schools, daycares, restaurants and more. It uses a mixture of non-toxic Sodium Hydroxide and Hypochlorous Acid which cleans and disinfects yet is safe for everyone.
a. Office surfaces include: computers, desks, door handles and locks, kitchen and breakroom areas.
b. Vehicle surfaces include: door panels, arm rests, front and rear controls, seats and seatbacks and driver controls.
Removed all drinks, newspapers, sanitizing wipes, mints, candies, and accessories from the passenger seats, sanitized and stored in bins and coolers in the front seat and available upon request.
Do not shake hands or come in contact with passengers.
